coke cake

I promised earlier that I'd share the easiest recipe. ever. It's from a friend at work and I didn't believe it until I tried it. Are you ready for the ingredients?

One can of Coke or (Diet Coke)
One chocolate cake mix

That's it!

Don't worry it will fizz like crazy and look like this.




Stir



 I grease the pan a little more than usual...and bake according to the box minus a couple minutes.


Easy peasy and the best part is you can lick the spoon because there's no eggs!


Brian tells me it's a little more crumbly, but it's moist and delicious so it's fine by us and passes the 2 year old taste test easily:)




We love cream cheese frosting at our house, on ANY kind of cake so that's how we roll.

Speaking of any kind of cake  you can use this same idea for a yellow cake and use sprite/7UP/get really crazy and use squirt? OR you could experiment with cherry pops, cherry vanilla, or OMIGOSH my FAV Dr. Pepper... the possibilities are endless!
