Holy Apples! We thought this tree was a crab apple tree originally and have just been throwing the little ones that fell away. All of a sudden there are hundreds of beautiful (and yummy) apples in our front yard! I can't let them go to waste. All weekend I picked the ones I could reach, and Brian only fell off the ladder once. :) I made 6 apple crisps...one of which was devoured by two little ladies I know...
This week I peeled, sliced, and froze 5 dozen for later use, and tonight we're going to attempt applesauce to freeze! My house looks like an apple factory.

you could set up an apple stand and sell them a 25 a piece. They look really good. I wish I had some of your energy!!!!
